Dibby, was accused at Lyttelton R.M. Court to-day of stabbing Captain Richardson, and remanded to Friday, so that the United States Consul Griffen can be commnnicated with. M'Carthy's solicitors stated their intention to bring an action against the captain and mate for attempting to murder accused.
