NOTICE is hereby given that the LANDS set forth in the schedule hereto, being TOWN ALLOTMENTS within the Education Reserve in the Town of KUMARA, have been, by order of His Excellency the Governor, under the provisions of the 7th section of the “ Kumara Education Reserves Act, 1879,” released and withdrawn from such reservation, and opened for sale, and the said lands will be offered FOR SALE by PUBLIC AUCTION after the expiration of three months from this date, as provided by the 153rd section of the “Land Act, 1877.” J.
