Anca, barque, Newcastle to Mauritius, reportß having lost several of her sails off the New South Wales Coast during the rtcent gales. Dawn of Hope, schooner, Latrobe, Tasmania, to Sydney, got ashore on the Latrobe Creek on 20th inst, and sank with her cargo (potatoes) on board. The hull was bought by auction the following day for LIOO, and the cargo for Ll 5. t Duke of Argyll, ship, London to Melbourne, had her maintopsail yard carried away off Tristan D'Acunha through heaw weather; J
Dunbar Castle, ship, London to Sydney, is reported by our London agents on 23rd inst to have been in collision with the Christian, s.s, in the English Channel; the steamer sank after the collision, and the ship was so much injured that she had to put into Plymouth, where a survey was held, and a recommendation given that she should discharge cargo and go into dock for repairs.

Neptune, sohooner, was still aground on the Ballina Biver Bar on 21st, but preparations were being made to get her off.
