KEEN DEMAND AT ROTOMANU SALE

The National Mortgage and Agency Coy., Ltd., and Messrs Dalgety and Coy., Ltd., report on the first sale of the season held on Monday last, as follows: — There was an entry of approximately 140 head of mixed cattle and 30 store pigs offered to a good attendance of butchers and graziers. There was a keen demand for all good quality lines of fat cattle, and excellent prices were realised. Several lines of 2-yoar store steers were also yarded, and these sold well. Store pigs met a good enquiry, and realised full market rates.
