The weather report is as follows: Situation: An anti-cyclone covers New Zealand, and a depression is south of Tasmania. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Wednesday is for moderate variable winds with scattered areas of low cloud. The 'weather otherwise will be fine and temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Rain in the south, increasing cloud elsewhere.
