AUSTRALIAN LOAN
CANBERRA, Sept. 21. The Prime Minister, Mr J. B. Chifley, has announced that a loan of fifteen million pounds will be floated in London. It is opening tomorrow at par. The interest is three per cent. It is maturing in 1967. It is to met two loans maturing in 1949.
