OAMARU, Sept. 15 At rugbv, North Otago defeated Nelson at the show grounds this afternoon by 6 points to 3, all scored in the first spell from two tries to one. In the second spell, the run of play favoured North Otago, the forwards playing a more vigorous game than •their heavier opponents, to dominate the play in the final stages.
