WELLINGTON. Feb. 14. The present indications are for moderate to strong easterly to southerly winds northward of Kawhia and East Cape, and strong westerly winds, backing to southerlies, elsewhere. The weather will be cloudy and unsettled, with rain in many parts, and will become cooler. The barometer will rise everywhere soon.
