Government IVotices, 7 ■\TOTI.CE TO MARINERS. - After the 4th SEPTEMBER, 1873, Two Lights, COLORED RED, will be shown for the guidance of vessels over the Inner Bar, from Two Skeleton Beaconß, erected in the western portion of the Town of Greymouth. The sbuth-eastem or high light is twenty feet, and the northwestern or lower light fifteen feet above high water during ordinary spring tides. The lights in one lead through the deepest water, over the shallow at the lower part of the Cross Channel, after passing the Flagstaff- inwards. Mariners are cautioned that those lights are in no way to interfere with the lights at the Flagstaff, and are only to be used for the navigation of that portion of the river extending from the Flagstaff to the foot of Arney street.
