Notice is hereby given that . the Balance of 140 DEBENTURES, each for the sum of fifty pounds, bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum and secured on a special rate of one shilling in the pound levied upon all rateable property within the Borough of Greymouth, such Debentures being redeemable as follows, that is to say twenty (20) thereof" on the first day of October, 1874, twenty (20) thereof on the first day of October, 1875, twenty (20) thereof on the first day of October, 1876, twenty (20) thereof on the first day of October, 1877, tweity (20) thereof on the first day of October, 1878, twenty (20) thereof on the first day of October, 1879, twenty (2Q) thereof on the first day of October, 1880, will be OFFERED FOR' SALE, at the Council Chambers, Gresson-street, Greymouth, on FRIDAY, the Bth day of AUGUST, 1873, at 12 o'clock noon, at which time and place the Council of the said Borough will be prepared to receive written offers for the purchase of the said Debentures.
