An ordinary and a special meeting of . the Borough Council were held yesterday ' at the Town Hall. : There were presenty the Mayor, Councillors Kerr. Woolc'bckv ; Dupre; Reid, Moore, Coates/ Glenn; and M'Gregor. The minutes of the ksti or--*--dinary, meeting were read and confirmed.
