Bye-Law of the Council of the Borough of Greymouth, made under part 13 ' of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867." : In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in part 13 of "The. Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," : the Council of the Borough of Greymouth ordains as follows :— That is to say — (I.) That the whole of the provisions contained in the Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, Bth, 9th, 10th, and 11th parts ; and such provisions as are numbered 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8, of the sth part ; and such provisions as are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8, of the 7ch part of the 13th schedule to the said Act, are hereby : adopted in and for the said Borough.. (IL) The following Bye-Laws heretofore existing are repealed : — That is to say— (IIL) The Bye-Law numbered I, intituled a Bye-Law for the adoption of the whole of the sub-divisions contained. i inthe 13th schedule of the said Act* (IV.)
