EXPECTED ARRIVALS.
Rangitoto, from Melbourne Tararua, from Melbourne , Murray, from Hokitika and Nelson. St. Rilda, from Wanganui.
There were no arrivals or departures at this port yesterday, owing to the heavy flood in the river. The Kennedy lay to her moorings alongside the wharf, and the Dispatch, was made snug at the end of the protective works, opposite Johnston street. The Sarah aud Mary, from Melbourne, is still in the roadstead, and will be brought in whenever the Hood in the river subsides. . The s.s. Tararua, from Nelson, is due here to-morrow, when she will ship passengers for Melbourne direct. The s.s. Kangitoto, from Melbourne direct, is due off Hokitika to-day. She will conic on and be tendered here, when she Avill take passengers for all New Zealand ports and Melbourne, via the Bluff.
