Notice is hereby given that the following Bye-Law was proposed at a meeting of the Council of the Borough of Greymouth, held on Friday, the 30th day of May, 1873 ; and that the same will be considered at a meeting of the Council to be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 1873. BYE-LAW NO. 5. Bye-Law of the Council of the Borough of Greymouth, made under part 13 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867. >? - In pursuance .qf the powers and provisions contained in part 13 of "The Stunicipal Corporations. Act, 1867*" the Council of .the Borough of Greymoubh ordains as follows :— That is to say — (I.) That the whole of the provisions contained in the Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, Bth, 9th, 10th, and llth parts ; and such provisions as are ' numbered 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8, of the sth part; and such provisions as are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and .8, of the 7ch part;, of M the 13th :, schedule to the; said TActy. are hereby r adopted in and for the said Borough. (It) The'followiDg Bye-Laws -heretofore existing are repealed :— That is to (III.) The ByerLaw numbered I, intituled a Bye-Law for the adoption of the whole of the sub-divisions contained in the 13th schedule of the said Act (IV.)
