A number of Orleanists and Legitimists have agreed to attempt to . overthrow Thiers and to nominate the Due d'Aumale for President. Bochefancault has gone to Vienna to request the Prince de Chambord to authorise his nomination. The fall of Khiva is again contradicted. Tho cable between Penang and Madras has just been restored.
