Limits, Description, Line, and Limits of Deviation of a portion of tlie Raihvay from Brunner to Greymouth, being that portion lying between a point on the South Bank of the Grey Rwer, opposite the Brunner Coal Mine, to Greymouth, in the County of Westland. : Commenting 'at a point on Mawhera Quay, Greymouth j thence through Native Reserve No. 31.; thence through Reserve No»4 (in" red) and Rural Block 1., Grey District"; thence through Native Reserve No. 33; thence through Coal Reserve No. 274 (in red) as the limits, description, and line thereof are set forth on the plan, and described in the book of reference referred to on the face "Of the said plan, and which plan and book are authenticated for the purposes of this Proclamation by the signature of the Honorable William Hunter Reynolds, Minister acting for the Minister for Public Works, to be deposited in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hokitika, . or within the limits of deviation set^orth in the said plan by dotted red lines, being not more than one hundred and ten yards on either side cf the said line, and passing through or ovei- the several sections of Crown and other lands, sections, reserves, roads, Watecourses, rivers, and beaches, as enumerated in the Second Schedule hereto. Mawhera Quay, Town Sections I, 2, 86, 87, 88, 89, Maokay street, Mount street, Lots IX, X, 8, 324, 323, 326, 322, 227, 228, Native Reserve No, 31, Public "Roads, "Reserve "No. 4, Grey District Block I, Rural Sections 77Q8,, 1233, 1237, 1105, 1111, 1316, 7804, 1353, 1323, 1318, 1115, 1140, 1306, 1099, 1161, 109S, 1113, Native Reserve No, 33, and Coal Reserve No. 274 ; and all adjoining a.nd intervening Crown and other lands, sections, reserves, roads, watercourses, rivers, and beaches. Given under the hand of his Excellency Sir George Alfred Arney, Knight, the Officer Administering the Government, and Commander -in Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice^Admiral of the same 3 and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at Wellington, this first day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
