Public Notices. THOROUGH COUNCIL, GPvEYMODTfI. BYE-LAW. Bye-Law of the Council of the Borough of Gveymouth, made under part 13 of tbe " Municipal Corporations Act, 1867." In pursuance of tbe powers and provisions contained in part 13 of the " Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," the Council of the Borough of Greymouth ordains as follows : That is to say — Ist. Thewholeof thesub-divisionsofthe Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, Bth, 9fch, 10th, and 1 lth parts ; and 1 st, 2nd, and 3rd sub-divisions of the sth part ; and Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, and Bth sub-divisioria of the 7th part of the 13th schedule to the said Act are hereby adopted in and for the said Borough. 2nd. The following Bye-Law heretofore existing is repealed : That is to say — Th» Bye-Law numbered 1, intituled a "Bye-Law for the adoption of the whole of the sub-divisions contained in the 13th schedule of the said Act."
