Captain M'Lean, of the ss Albion, has telegraphed to his agentß here (D. Girdwood and Co.), that he will be off this port early on Thursday morning, llthinst. Passengers are therefore informed that the Dispatchwill leave the wharf at 9 a.m. sharp. Henceforward the headquarters of the California Mail Company in New Zealand will be at Dunedin. There has been no appearance of inwardbound shipping for the past two days, and there are no steamers due uptil Thursday, when the Charles Edward is expected to arrive. The brig Magnet, from Melbourne, is now 22 days out.
