She will be tendered this forenoon. The steamer Kennedy passed this port yesterday morning, bound for Hokittka. She will likely come on here to-night, and sail for the north at noon on Tuesday. The schooner Wild Wave returned to the roadstead, on Saturday morning alter encountering the late gale, and was towed to the wharf by the p.s. Dispatch. She is from Lyttelton, with a cargo of produce. The clipper brig Magnet, Captain Clinakill, left Port Phillip Heads on the forenoon of the 30th ultimo with a light breeze from E.S.E., *ith thick rainy weather, which continued till the following morning, after which got a light breeze from S. W. and clear weather. Passe 1 Kent's Group on the morning of the Ist at 2 a. m. At 7 p.m. the Sisters bora S.W. by S., distant 15 miles, after which light easterly wind was experienced until the evening of the 4th instant, when a strong breeze from the 8. W. and heavy swell from the same quarter set in, the wind falling light towards the evening of the sth instant, and hauling to the E. round to N.E., -which lasted until tne morning of the Bth, when a light breeze spiung up from the S. W. , which continued until the evening of the 9th, when the vessel was brought .up with her head off shore at sundown, and arrived in the roadstead on Saturday mornirg, but too late to be towed in on that tide. Thep.s. Dispatch ran out on Sunday morning, and brought her safely to the wharf. . She wrings 230 tons of general merchandiae in first-rate order and one racehorse. We nave to thank Captain Climkill for five days later Melbourne papezs. ;
