REGULATIONS The rules of the Canterbury Jockey Club wUI be enforced, unless when otherwise specified. All horses must be ridden in colors. A qualification of 2 soys must be paid, by non-subscribers to that amount, except for the Packers' Purse. All stakes paid less 5 per cent towards expenses.
