JSeas: Hough in Cook Strait; moditfaie elsewhere. Moderate to fresh Northerly winds in the eastern Tas/rnail, but backing to southerly later in the southern portion. Seas moderate. Weather cloudy generally, rain extending from the far northern and southern districts, and becoming furl y general, especially over the North " Island during the next 24 hours.
