The Evening Standard publishes a telegram from tlio Italian Government in reply to tho Standard’s message to Mussolini that the British public arc excited over the possibility of Galdiuir escaping punishment. Italy will-willingly arrest G-ialdini if Britain supplies tlio necessary reasons There is a right of asylum for criminals. As a sequel to tho Hatry case,- Mr A. M Samuel suggested an amend-ment-to tho Companies Act designed 16 reduce the possibility of fraud by shortening the interval between the issues allotment arid letters of temporary scrip and tho date, of exchange of the final scrip therefor.
