Exhibition Band Contest.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Dec. 22. There are nine entries for the Intercolonial Band Contest at the Exhibition, including two of the crack bands from New South Wales. For the solo competitions tbere are no less than fifty competitors. A large number of trophies have been promised in addition to the substantial prizes given by the executive.
