« Six informations preferred against Joseph Loney Kimbell, at the Palmerston Court yesterday, at the instance cf the Deputy Official Assignee charging him with having, at various times, obtained by false representation from Messrs Costendyke and Focke, wine and spirit- merchants, Wellington, goods aggregating in value, £222 6d 2d, and also with failing to keep proper books of account within three years of his bankruptcy, were struck out on an understanding tetween counsel engaged that fresh summonses would be issued, and the charges investigated on the first Court day in January. Mr Hankins appeared on behalf of the Deputy Official Assignee, and Mr H. G. Moore for the bankrupt.
