AMERICA AND SPAIN'S RELATIONS. (Per Press Association.) Washington, Dec. 21. The Jingo Senators denounce Cleveland and Olney as dictators who are defying Congress. When the Senate's decision reached the New York Exchange it was announced by Cbauncey Depew, and heavy sales followed the news. Grave statements are afloat as to the leakage of tbe intelligence beforehand. December 22. A general protest from tbe country compelled the Senate to postpone the discussion on tbe Committee's resolution regarding Cuba for a fortnight. Financial interests are reassured. Madrid Dec. 22. Tbe War Office claim ability to mobiI Hrg a million men and to land half of them in Cuba within three months. Tbe officials regard tbe Spanish navy as quite a match for tbat of tbe United States. Levin State Farm. GOVERNMENT DECIDED TO SELL IT. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, December 22. Government has decided to dispose of tbe Levin State Farm, and work will be found for tbe unemployed on bush lands. ___^_____^_
