Nominations for all Handicaps, includintr lumping events, mu«t be sent to the Secretary on or before WKDNKSDAY DECEMBEB 9th, not later than 8.30 p.m. Com pet« tors are requested to for> ward Postal Notes, tnd not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Eyent to be paid on nomination, accom panied by a statement of Publ ; c Performances for the lavt two years (matches included), with dates and localities of 6uch performances, and each competitor pending in nominations must state his handicaps and his position at the finish of each race, otherwise ho will render himself liable to disqualification. The remainder of Entrance Fee on Acceptance, which can be made on tbe ground. Other events Post Entries. Colors must be named on Nomination. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must belong to a Club affili* atrd with the N Z AA A, and must pro* duce ticket of membership frcm then Club Secretary. All Amateur Events will be run undei the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Rules.* The Bicycle Races will be ran undei the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the N.ZC.U. | {The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Bnle 25, which reads— 4 Every competitor mnst wear complete lothing from the shoulders to tbe knees ; that is jersej (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks- ft eglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, ruaaiog under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com« mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any eye at, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the eorreetnesa of his de> senption of his performancea. Tbe Com* mittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. 1 here must be two competitors in each event or no first pnze, three or no second, four or no third.
