Dock Strike in Hamburg.
(Per Press Association) Berlin, Dec. 8. The Hamburg strikers have expressed a wilhuguess to refer the matter to arbiratiou. One hundred of the Hamburg employ. ers have refused to arbitrate over the strike on the ground that arbitration would prolong the strife. They contend that the real question is to figbt for supremacy, uot wages.
