N.Z. Polo Association.

(Per Press Association) Christchubch, This Day. A meeting of the New Zealand Polo Association was held yesterday. Representatives from Manawatu, Auckland, Christchurcn, Wharerangi^ Warrengato, and Poverty Bay Clubs were present. The balance-sheet showed the assets to exceed the liabilities by £55 16s Id. The colors adopted by the Wangauui Club— white shirt, brown and cream cap and sash — were approved. Letters from Wanganui, Poverty Bay, Wellington, and Auckland Clubs, having reference to suggested amendments in fhe rales for the Savile and Junior Cup competitions were read. It was resolved that the rules as printed be adhered to for all competitions during the present season. Mr P. E.Baldwin, of Wellington, was elected secretary and treasurer of the Club for the year 1896-7.
