' TO THE EDITOR Sir, — The opening up of valuable and productive country in this part of the Island, and the construction of bridges and roads reflect credit upon the Govern* ment. Those who want progress to continue will vote for Bailey. Those who want to return to political roads, the property tax, and the tyranny of the monopolist, will vote the other way. 1 am, etc.,
