The Premier at Hawera.
(Per Press Association). Hawera, This Day. Tbe Premier spoke here last evening; to about 800 people, and had a good reception and bearing. A motion of thank» and confidence was met by an amendment of thanks and the former was declared carried. He then went to Eltham by special train and spoke there, and received a vote of thanks and confidence He was afterwards entertained at Eltham. The, meeting was a good deal interrupted. Mr Major, the Government candidate, spoke after Mr Seddon.
