(Per Press Association.) London, Nov. 30. The British South Africa Chartered Co.'s additional capital of one million sterling has been subscribed. The report recommends that the worst portions of tbe wards be demolished and model dwellings erected in place of the present buildings. Sokia, Nov. 30 The Bulgarian elections have resulted in a victory for the Government. At Sofia a mob marched to the Palace and demanded freedom of election. They also stoned the gendarmes, but were afterwards dispersed by the cavalry. Paris, Nov. 30. M. Hanotaur. stated In the Chamber of Deputies that the Foreign Embassies in Constantinople were acting iv perfect accord.
