Amatenrs must b loan to a Club affiliated with the N Z A A A, and must produce ticket of membership frem their Club secretary. All Amateur Eyents wdl be run under the *New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Rules.' The Bicycle Races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent ia upon the printed official forms of the W.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads— * Every competitor must wear complete lothing from the shoulders to tbe knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), aod loose drawers or trunks, li eglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, ' shall be disqualified for life. The Corns mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any •rent, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his description of his performances. Tbe Com* aittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, aod he ■hall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first price, three or no second, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte oonducted nnder the printed rules of the Feilding Athletio Club, obtainable from lhe Secretary, price ls. Admission to Grounds— Adults, Is; Children between 8 and 12 years, Halt Utrice; under 8 years, Free. Full Band in attendance, and a spacious dancing platform provided on the lawn.
