Waterloo and Trafalgar.
(Per Press Association) Paris, Nov, 10. The newspaper?, commenting on the Lord Mayors' procession in London, complain that the emblems of the battles of Trafalgar and Waterloo were carried ia procession and which they contend was an unfriendly action.
