Meeting of R. G. Templer's Creditors.

o A meeting of creditors in the estate ot R. 0. Templer, a bankrupt, was held in the Feilding court house this morningPresent — Mr Richmond (who was voted to the chair), W. Evensen, A. Eade, J. Trewin, and the debtor with his solicitor, Mr Sandilands. The debtor attributed his position to having had to pay a too high rental for the property held by him, to his wife's illness, and to being pressed by a creditor who had got a judgment against him. A. Macfarlane ±'60, Mrs J. Evensen £5 7s Bd, F. Spencer £4. ss, T. Ryan £3 ss, Davy and Mills 67s 6d, J. Darragh 29s 7d, Hayne and Lloyd 21s 2d, U.F.C.A. 495, A. Laing 655, D.I.C. 62s 7d, J. H. Taylor 60s, W. Mitchell 40s; total, £220 9s 6d. Secured creditor, £25. Assets, stock-in-trade, estimated to produce £36 10s ; furniture, £15. Resolved, That the debtor be allowed the whole of his sworn assets, amounting to ±36 10s, conditionally on his paying the filing fees. The meeting then adjourned.
