Taylor 60s, W. Mitchell 40s; total, £220 9s 6d. Secured creditor, £25. Assets, stock-in-trade, estimated to produce £36 10s ; furniture, £15. Resolved, That the debtor be allowed the whole of his sworn assets, amounting to ±36 10s, conditionally on his paying the filing fees. The meeting then adjourned.
