«. (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, This Day. At an informal conference between the Victorian, New South Wales, and South Australian Postmasters-General, it was decided to recommend tbe Imperial authorities to secure a faster English service without any increase in the subsidy, and if possible to forbid the employment of colored labor on tbe mail boats. Several minor questions are to be discussed, but the decisions will not be binding on the other colonies and even so far as the three colonies participating are concerned the object of the conference is to facilitate a uniform nnininn.
