Frozen Meat Trade.
(Per Press Association) Napier, Oct. 15. The Colonial Consignment Distributing Company cabled to Nelson Bros today as follows : — Stocks of frozen meat of all kinds are very heavy. The sales last week were a little below the estimate. To-day's quotations are : — Best Canterbury * mutton, 3fd per lb ; Dunedin, 3£ ; Napier and North Island, 3|d.
