Secretary on or before WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9tb, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to for* ward Postal Notes, and not stamps. Two shillings on each ' Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of 'Public Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities of such performances, and each competitor sending in nominations must state hi» handicaps and his position at the finish of each race, otherwise he will render himself liable to disqualification. The remainder of Entrance Fee on Acceptance, which can be made on the ground. Other events Post Entries. Colors must be named on Nomination . The Commit* tee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in beats. Amateurs must belong to a Club affili* ated with tbe SZAAA, and must pro* duce ticket of membership from tkeir Club Secretary. All Amateur Events will be run under the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Bules.* The Bicycle Baces will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the N.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Bule 26, which reads— ' Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to tbe knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks.. Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending hi false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com* mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his de* senption of his performances. The Com* mittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first pnse, three or no second, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Admission to Grounds— Adults, Is; Children between 8 and 13 years, Halt %ice ; under 8 yean, Free. Full Band in attendance, and a spacious dancing platform provided on the lawn.
