o Messrs Freeman E. Jackson and Co's Wanganui stock report. Tbe sale at St. Hill Street to-day was dull, and stock difficult to place. We sold some of the cattle and sheep, the rest bein<? turned out unsold. Pigs were disposed of at last sales rates. Cattle— Forward bullocks, L 4 10s ; steers, L 3 6a ; 2-year^old steers, L 2 2s 6d; 18-month-old, LI 19s ; wean era 10s ; milch cows, L 329 6d to L 4 6s. Sheep— Forward wethers, 12s ; stores, 10s 6d ; fat ewes, 10s ; heggets, 6a. Pigs —Porkers, lls 3d to 15s ; others, 7s to 9s ; young pigs, 39 6d. Poultry— Fowls, 28 6d to 3s 6s ; ducks, 3s to 4s ; turkeys, 68 6d to 10s tbe coupJe. Land- We sold the Lillybank farm at LlB 10s per acre.
