Whitehead'a improvements. It wao decided to add section 30, Block XII, Apiti, to Mr Flsvell's section. Mrs Hayward's application to be allowed to hold eecnon 46, Block IV, Umntoi, was referred to the Pablic Trustee. The following Pohangma town sections Wen forfeited for nonpayment : — Section 14. Block IV, Bold for LlO, H. Sinclair; and section 14, Pohangina, subdivision, ■old for L4O, A. Signal. It was decided 10 forfeit section 18, Block XVI, Salisbury Block, as well as the following: --Sec ions 28. 39, 35 and 43a, Mangawekft ; s- -usmus 5, 18 and 17, Pongoroa ; sections, 1, 3 md 4, Wnlford : Section 3, Block 111, Waimarino ; sec tion 20, Block VI, Puketoi ; section 1, Block VII, Clifton, No. 2; section 20, Block IV, Mt. Cerberus.
