It was decided to offer section 15, Birmingham ; and section 84. Apiti township, for lease for 7 years, at LI each per annum, and to offer sections 41, Block 111, Maknri for lease, protecting Mrs M. Whitehead'a improvements. It wao decided to add section 30, Block XII, Apiti, to Mr Flsvell's section. Mrs Hayward's application to be allowed to hold eecnon 46, Block IV, Umntoi, was referred to the Pablic Trustee. The following Pohangma town sections Wen forfeited for nonpayment : — Section 14. Block IV, Bold for LlO, H. Sinclair; and section 14, Pohangina, subdivision, ■old for L4O, A. Signal. It was decided 10 forfeit section 18, Block XVI, Salisbury Block, as well as the following: --Sec ions 28. 39, 35 and 43a, Mangawekft ; s- -usmus 5, 18 and 17, Pongoroa ; sections, 1, 3 md 4, Wnlford : Section 3, Block 111, Waimarino ; sec tion 20, Block VI, Puketoi ; section 1, Block VII, Clifton, No. 2; section 20, Block IV, Mt. Cerberus. Momobaki Settlement— The following arbitration valuations were agreed to, prior to re-offering thfl sections — la, L 137 10« ; 2a, L 351 Is ; 3a, Ll9 2s 8d ; 4s, L9O 3s ; da, L 136 14s : 6a, LI 14 15s 6d ; 7a, L42 16s ; 9a, L 3 10s ; 10a, L 244 15s ; lla, L 243 Ba. It would be remeni. bsred that the annual rents were also considerably reduced, the difference varying from L3 to L 5 per acre.
