After further lengthy debate the motion for the committal of the Mining tjAcfc Amendment Bill was agreed to on rhe voices, bat progress was immediately eported. The House then went into Committee on the Adulteration Prevention Act Amendment Bill, but as considerable opposition was shown to clause 2, the: Minister eventually moved to report progress, which was carried by 34 to 14. The Municipal Corporations Aca Amendment Bill and Public Reserves Vesting and Sale Act Amendment Bill passed through. Committee and their final stages. The House rose at 1.30 a.m.
