The Union Jack.
o (Per Press Association.) Albany, This Day. The staamer Cainbaia entered Albany flying the Union Jack. The chief officer of the gunboat, Katoomba, boarded her and told the captain that he waa liable to a fine ot LSOO for flying the Union Jack but after confiscating the flag, the officer decided to take no further steps, though he administered a caution to the officers.
