(Per Press Association.) Auckland, Sept. 28. The Anglo^Continental Syndicate has obtained the right to form one large company to take over the Broken Hill-Com-stock properties. The option for floating the Ohui property has been secured by the AngloNew Zealand Mines Investment Com> j pany (Limited), the price being £2500 cash and one quarter of the paid-up shares in the new company. Negotiations for floating the Cardigan (Thames) property aro still proceeding, a free option having been granted until sth October, in order to admit of the transfer of documents to another syndicate that offered the same terms as the former one.
