Important to Farmers.
We have to acknowledge receipt of a well-compiled circular which Messrs Barraud and Abraham are distributing to their customers. On the front page is a trade mark of the firm, where a combine and other implements are neatlydrawn. To the left we notice a sheaf of corn, with all sorts of harvesting machinery near at hand, and a little farther to the right a plot of clover, etc., is shown, all of which looks quite artistic. The firm notify their shipment of turnip and other seeds, from the well-known London house of Messrs Hurst and Son, required for spring sowing are to hand. Several very flattering testimonials from wellknown and influential fanners throughout tlie district follow, all testifying to the high quality and germinating power of seeds stocked by the firm, from which we glean the undermentioned names among others familiar to us : — Messrs Hammond and A'Court, F. Y. Lethbridge, R. Liuton, W. P, Mcßeth, H. D. Densbam, Pascal Bros. The firm have every reason to feel proud of their motto *' Reliability and promptitude," which is certainly characteristic. ! Taken altogether, the circular is very interesting, and we commend a careful uerusal of it to all farmers
