Wanganui Supreme Court.
(Per Press Association.) Wanoanui, Sept. 22. The sittings of the Supreme Court opened to day before His Honor the Chief Justice. True Bills were found against William Wilson (theft) ; J. G. Cox, charges of thefc of monies and falsifying books of the Manawatu County Council, of which he was clerk ; Northey, burglary and forgery ; Grant, arson ; Watson, abduction. Cox, ©leaded guilty and was sentenced to two years' hard labor on two charges, tho sentences to run concurrently, probation being refused.
