The Banking Enquiry.
o— — — (Per Press Association) Wellington, September 22. At the Bank enquiry the Hon W. D. Steward, examined by Mr SeddoD, stated he was not satisfied with the manner in which the Bank of New Zealand was treating the accounts in the B list. The Bank of New Zealand was in many instances adopting a suicidal policy in connection with these accounts, He considered instead of the present process the Colonial should be wound up under its deed of settlement.
