Arrests of Dynamiters.
(Per Press Association.) London, Sept. 14. An English detective has arrested Tynan, who was connected with the PhceDix Park tragedy, in an hotel at Bonlonge, on a charge of making bombs for use in England. He admitted bis identity, and expressed great surprise at having been traced. Incriminating documents, and a large quantity of money, were found in his luggage. A man named Bell has been arrested at Glasgow, and another named Wallace at Rotterdam, on suspicion of connection with the dynamite conspiracy. They are believed to be associates of Tynan's. Two Irish-Americans who recently arrived at Antwerp, were shadowed by English police officers, and discovering this they suddenly fled. On their residence being searched a complete laboratory for making bombs and other explosives was unearthed. Another arrest has been made at Rotterdam of a man who is alleged to be connected with Tynan. Incriminating letters were found in his possession.
