Borough Elections
The election of three Borough Councillors, which is proceeding as we go to press, has not excited much interest among the burgesses. No doubt tbe reason for this is that the candidates themselves have been markedly apathetic. It was hoped, by many of the electors, that the several gentlemen who alowed themselves to be nominated would have given public expression to their views and opinions on Borough affairs, bat that hope was doomed to disappointment.
