Heavy Bains.
(Per Press Association.) Napiek, This Day. The weather has been wet since Sunday. Heavy raiu fell yesterday apd to day, aud all the rivers in the district are very high. The express train from Wellington last night was over an hour and a-half late, owing to a wash out of about 600 yards at Papatee, but through traffic was restooed to-day.
