Stock Markets.
Messrs Gorton and Son report : — We have only our Feilding sale to eport on tbis week. Both cattle and beep came forward short of advertised lumbers. The attendance was not as arge as usual, and bidding was rather lull. Eventually everything changed lands, except the fat cows and three iens of ewes. We quote :- Cattle — Veaners, mixed, 26s to 27s 6d; 18---aon ths steers, Lfc 10s to L 2 16s ; store ows, L 5. Sheep— Store wethers, inerior, 9s 7d to 9s 9d ; wether hoggets, s7d to 9s 8d ; shorn hoggets, 10s 3d ; coolly hoggets, 10s 6d ; mixed hoggets, arious prices from 8s to 9s 6d ; inferior loggets, 6s lld to 7s.
