The German South Sea War Vessels.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, August 24. It is stated on good authority tbat the lour German men of-war in the South Seas will in future make Auckland their I headquarters in preference to Sydney. This will mean a lengthened stay of these vessels in this port. On tbe next 1 visit of the Bussard she will, it is stated, make a stay here of several months.
